It appears it was just a matter of time before the Minnesota Wild broke out their slump. The surprising thing is that it came against the Los Angeles Kings.
The Wild blanked the Kings 3-0 on Thursday night, snapping a five-game losing streak. Before last night’s tilt, Minnesota’s offense, ranked 21st in the NHL, had scored just one goal in the previous three games. The loss halted L.A.’s two-game win streak.
