Sprints with a touchdown & a backpedal
- Alternate 20-second intervals with 10 seconds of rest
- Do as many reps as you can in 20 seconds
Lateral shuffle, Karaoke, & Backpedal
- Touch the floor at the end of each motion
Side lunge with a hop
- Do one side at a time for 20 seconds each
- Concentrate on proper form for best results
- Keep your back straight throughout motion
Split squat jump
- Try to land softly on each jump
