La Tri booked their passage to the knockout round on Sunday with their 4-0 win over Haiti in their final Group B match. The victory earns the Ecuadorians a date with the USMNT on Thursday at 5:30 pm PT in Seattle.
Ecuador and the United States last faced off less than a month ago, with the USMNT winning 1-0 thanks to a Darlington Nagbe goal.
