Three LA Galaxy Academy players named to U.S. U-20 squad for upcoming matches vs. Honduras

CARSON, Calif. – Three LA Galaxy Academy players were named to the U.S. U-20’s roster for a 12-day training camp that will culminate with a pair of matches against Honduras in San Pedro Sula.

Uly Llanez, Alex Mendez, and Aristole Zarris were named to head coach Tab Ramos’ 20-man camp. The team will train for six days in Florida before facing off against Honduras on May 17 and May 19.

“I am encouraged by the start of this group,” U-20 Men’s National Team head coach Tab Ramos said. “Their effort and confidence displayed during our trip to Spain was impressive, especially considering that our two games against France were very difficult.
