IRVINE – Another thrilling LA Galaxy Cup is in the books.
In just its second year, the premier youth tournament in California once again featured top clubs from across the globe and the region. A total of 150 teams took part in the competition, with over 1,500 players taking the field at Orange County Great Park.
Spanish giants Sevilla were the big winners with a 2-0 victory in the showpiece DA U-13 “Keane” Group. The Spanish side defeated Strikers FC with a 3-1 scoreline, capping off a masterful tournament that saw the side tally 20 goals, while conceding only twice.
