If this is true, the LA Galaxy could be shorthanded when they take on the Portland Timbers in an important match this Sunday.
Fox Soccer TV analyst Stuart Holden has revealed that LA Galaxy midfielder Jermaine Jones could be suspended for one match by the league’s disciplinary committee for a late tackle in the 17th minute that earned Jones a yellow at the time.

To his credit, Holden doesn’t believe it was a dirty play, as he explains in a follow-up tweet.
