CARSON, Calif. – Sebastian Lletget’s trademark smile was on display when he visited the LA Galaxy’s training session on Wednesday, even if he was on the sidelines.
The 24-year-old midfielder took in Galaxy training on Tuesday ahead of his surgery to repair his Lisfranc injury in his left foot which will be held a day later. Lletget suffered the injury with the U.S. National Team during last month’s match against Honduras only minutes after scoring his first goal for the USMNT.
Dealing with the injury has been difficult for the typically cheery Lletget, but the midfielder is ready to begin the healing process.
