On the team’s gameplan going into the match:
“I thought the guys executed the gameplan like we set out to do. We wanted to be defensively hard to play against. We wanted to keep their forwards guessing. Whether we were going to step or we were going to drop. I think we did a good job, especially in the first half of eliminating those chances. And then we wanted to catch them on the counter and on the break, like we’ve been so dangerous before. We had two or three real clear cut breakaways that we just weren’t able to put away but credit to the guys because I think they did a real excellent job today.
