CARSON, Calif. -- The LA Galaxy will host FC Dallas on August 10 at StubHub Center in the U.S. Open Cup semifinal.
U.S. Soccer determined that the Galaxy will host the Texas side in a blind draw conducted at Soccer House in Chicago on Thursday morning. Los Angeles have won their last 17 consecutive matches at home in the U.S. Open Cup. The New England Revolution will host the Chicago Fire in the Eastern semifinal on August 9.
The Chicago Fire hold the highest priority to host the U.S. Open Cup final with the Galaxy coming in second, meaning that the Fire will host if they dispatch the Revolution regardless of their opponent.
