CARSON, Calif. – The LA Galaxy Special Olympics Unified squad will close their 2017 campaign when they face off against the San Jose Earthquakes on Sunday.
The Galaxy’s California Clásico Special Olympics match will directly follow the first team’s match and will kick off at 6:15 p.m. PT. Los Angeles’ Special Olympics Unified team has picked up two wins this season including an 11-3 win over the Portland Timbers last month.
“I’m very excited for our home and I hope that we win again,” Oliver Faust said. “I would love for all of the Galaxy fans to wish us a good game and help us support our community and our relationship with the Special Olympics.
