LOS ANGELES (Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020) – The LA Galaxy have signed midfielder Jonathan Perez to a Homegrown Player contract, the club announced today. Perez, 17, has been a standout product in the LA Galaxy Academy since joining in 2016.
“Jonathan has been a bright prospect in our Academy and we think he is ready to begin his career as a professional,” said LA Galaxy General Manager Dennis te Kloese. “We believe he will continue progress in his career with the Galaxy. We look forward to Jonathan learning and growing in our professional environment.”
