CARSON, Calif. -- The hottest team in Major League Soccer is making a major move up the three most noteworthy MLS power rankings.
The Galaxy who are unbeaten in five games topped the Sports Illustrated power rankings after their 5-2 victory over previously undefeated Real Salt Lake. Los Angeles checked in third in the ESPN FC rankings and -- in the MLSsoccer.com list respectively.
