CARSON, Calif. (Wednesday, March 2, 2016) – The LA Galaxy will unveil the LA Galaxy Ring of Honor this Sunday, March 6, at StubHub Center ahead of the team’s 2016 MLS home opener (7 p.m. PT, UniMás). Former LA Galaxy forwards Cobi Jones and Mauricio Cienfuegos, along with the late Doug Hamilton, the Galaxy’s former President and General Manager, will be honored on the field Sunday as the first-ever class of the Ring of Honor, which will recognize Galaxy legends with new inductees each season.
“The Galaxy have numerous players that have a become part of the fabric of this club and the rich soccer history in Los Angeles and the United States,” said LA Galaxy President Chris Klein.
