Major League Soccer today announced that the MLS Homegrown Team, coached by U.S. Soccer and MLS legend Brian McBride and assisted by former MLS MVP and LA Galaxy legend Mike Magee, will take on Liga MX club Chivas de Guadalajara’s Under-20 team in the fourth annual MLS Homegrown Game presented by Energizer on August 1 at 7 p.m. CT at Toyota Park as part of the events leading up to the 2017 MLS All-Star Game presented by Target. For the second consecutive year, the MLS Homegrown Game will be broadcast live on national television on UDN.
