LA Galaxy II announced two additional signings to their roster on Tuesday, in French midfielder Rémi Cabral and American defender Owen Lambe.
Cabral, 21, joins after playing in his native France for Metz’s second team and Valenciennes’ second team, both in the third division.
“Rémi is a dynamic attacking player who we believe will be a valuable addition to LA Galaxy II,” said LA Galaxy General Manager Dennis te Kloese in a team statement. “We are excited for Rémi to join our organization and we look forward to him representing the club.”
If the name sounds familiar to you, that’s because Cabral’s twin brother Kévin was signed by the Galaxy’s first team as a Designated Player a few weeks ago.
