LA Galaxy II have the weekend off after drawing 1-1 with Orange County SC at StubHub Center Track & Field Stadium on Saturday, April 22.
An own goal had LA down 1-0 early in the second half, but when LA earned a free kick from 20 yards out, forward Ariel Lassiter – who had just entered the match off the bench – fired a shot on target that was saved by Orange County’s Lyon, before falling into the path of an oncoming Vero, who slotted it in the net. It marked Vera’s first goal of the season.
On the day, Los Dos played in front of a record crowd of 2,245 at the Track & Field Stadium.
