The LA Galaxy Girls' Academy are starting their season on a high as the U-14s took home the 2018 San Diego Surf Cup. The 2018 Surf Cup, held in early August, marked the start of the LA Galaxy Girls' Academy's second season.
Collectively, the Girls' Academy went 11-3-2 in the tournament for all age groups. The U-14s earned the Championship title after a dominating 4-0 performance over Solar USSDA.
"Any time that you the opportunity to match up against top teams from around the United States, you look forward to the challenge," said Kevin Hartman, Director, LA Galaxy Girls’ Academy.
