The LA Galaxy Foundation hosted Jackson Magnet STEM Dual Language Academy’s fifth grade students on Thursday, April 12 for a field trip to show students how to live more sustainable lives. Students were welcomed at StubHub Center with Galaxy t-shirts and excited LA Galaxy staff members.
The field trip started with the students taking a tour of StubHub Center’s garden and LA Galaxy’s training fields. The greenhouse, growing vegetables and chickens were among the most memorable items that the students saw when walking through the grid of planter boxes inside the stadium’s garden. On the field, the students commemorated their visit with a group photo and saw where the LA Galaxy players practice and play games.
