CARSON, Calif. – Jack McBean impressed in his first team debut for Coventry City in the club’s FA Cup match against Morecambe on Sunday.
The on-loan Galaxy striker played the final 45 minutes for the Sky Blues in their 1-1 draw, with Coventry finding the back of the net during McBean’s time on the field. Throughout his shift, McBean was a threat for Coventry due to his hold up ability and aerial presence.
McBean has notched seven goals for the Coventry U-23s since departing on loan and is expected to be a part of the first team squad for Coventry’s Checktrade Trophy match on Wednesday against Wycombe.
