The LA Galaxy had a setback on Saturday against the Seattle Sounders, but they’ll look to get back on the win column on the road, when they take on the Vancouver Whitecaps at Rio Tinto Stadium in Utah (due to the pandemic, the Canadian MLS teams are not yet allowed to play at home) on Wednesday evening.
The Galaxy played much better the second time around this season against the Sounders, but still had the same outcome, this time a more narrow 2-1 loss at Dignity Health Sports Park. Sacha Kljestan scored his second goal of the season for LA, from the penalty spot, but a couple defensive breakdowns flipped the result in Seattle’s favor, grrr.
