CARSON, Calif. -- Former LA Galaxy II defender Lee Nishanian signed with USL side Harrisburg City Islanders on Thursday.
Nishanian spent three seasons with Galaxy II, making 50 regular season appearances for Los Dos. The 25-year-old was instrumental during the team's USL Cup Final appearance in 2015.
"I'm excited to join the Harrisburg City Islanders,” Nishanian said in a statement. “I know the team's looking to get back to the playoffs in 2017 and I'm looking to contribute in any way that I can. Signing with the team was an easy decision. I feel really comfortable here and I am excited to get started and see if we can do something special here.
