Former LA Galaxy II defender Joe Franco has joined NASL side Miami FC, the club announced on Tuesday.
The Cal-State Northridge Product made a total of 44 apperances for Galaxy II during his two seasons with the club. A regular on the right side of defense for Los Dos, Franco was also a frequent participant in training with the Galaxy's first team.
"Franco has all the qualities that I like to see in our defenders," said Miami FC head coach Alessandro Nesta said in a press release. "He has great speed, good control, but more importantly, he's got a good head on his shoulders both on and off the field.
