PHOENIX -- When it rains, it pours.
Though the skies are dry in the greater Phoenix area, the Dodgers keep getting hurt, with Yasiel Puig the latest victim. He woke up with tightness in his left hamstring on Saturday and was scratched from the starting lineup against the Mariners in Peoria.
This comes just a few hours after Puig left Friday night's game after just three innings. Manager Dave Roberts said Friday night and reiterated Saturday that Puig's early exit Friday was a planned move because he was playing the day game on Saturday, and that Puig did not report anything regarding his hamstring before Saturday morning.
