As the Dodgers head to baseball’s annual Winter Meetings in National Harbor, Maryland – “a census-designated place and development along the Potomac River” outside Washington, D.C. – they will, as usual, be featured prominently in the haze of rumor and speculation that will settle over the sprawling Gaylord Resort playing host to Major League Baseball’s movers and shakers.
