The Dodgers rotation has been scrutinized, analyzed and dissected this offseason. The biggest critique, of course, has been about how the rotation is lacking the 1-2 punch that Clayton Kershaw and Zack Greinke brought to the table. Although it is a big blow, I think that the impact it will have on the Dodgers rotation has been vastly overstated and simply misunderstood by many. I recently read that because Zack Greinke had a 19-3 record last year, the Dodgers wins would be reduced by a total by 16 games and Diamondbacks would win an additional 16. Seriously, someone really said that.
