Upon the start of September on Sunday, MLB rosters will expand by two players — one pitcher and one position player as rosters move from 26 players to 28.
Outfielder Andy Pages and starting pitcher Justin Wrobleski are likely candidates to get called up to the major league roster, per Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register. Both Pages and Wrobleski have spent significant time with the Dodgers this season and could add depth to positions of need.
Pages, who made his MLB debut early this season on April 16, has appeared in 98 games for the Dodgers this season.
