I have watched Corey Seager on Minor League TV for some time and I was convinced he could be a good (maybe not great) defensive shortstop. After seeing him there now in the majors, I am even more convinced that he should be the Dodgers starting shortstop. It wouldn’t be a bad thing if Jimmy Rollins finger caused him to miss a few games. I’m not sure that our best option THIS YEAR at SS isn’t the guy who played last night! He’s unflappable, confident (but not over confident) and smooth – at the plate, on the basepaths and in the field.
