The Major League Baseball Players Association has rejected the league’s most recent proposal to restart the season and has no intention to submit a counter offer.
On Friday, MLB submitted its latest proposal, which included a 72-game season that would kick off on July 14 with 70% prorated salaries for the regular season and 80% following the completion of the postseason.
