Legendary broadcaster Vin Scully was hospitalized after falling in his home on Tuesday afternoon, but he is resting comfortably, according to the Dodgers.
The 92-year-old is expected to be released from the hospital soon.
Scully was a Major League Broadcaster for 67 seasons before retiring in 2016. His distinctive voice and smooth delivery acting as the soundtrack of summer for Dodger fans across the world.
Just a few weeks ago, Scully shared a hopeful message to fans from his home in California. He told everyone to “stay safe” amid the coronavirus pandemic and promised that America would get through this current situation like they have countless other challenges that Scully is old enough to have witnessed first hand over the past several decades.
