The Dodgers won the series against the Twins today, but lost Dustin May who will be headed to the IL with a Flexor Pronator strain. Dylan Covey, just recalled from OKC, came in to pitch starting in the second inning and gave the Dodgers four innings of relief, giving up two homers, one to Buxton and one to old friend, Joey Gallo. The Dodgers scored one in the third when Mookie tripled, and Freddie hit a sac fly.
Minnesota got one back on a Buxton homer in the fourth. LA scored again in the bottom of the fourth when Outman was aboard on an infield single, stole second and scored on Mookie’s single to center.
