PHOENIX -- Jake Lamb made the Dodgers pay for loading the bases with an intentional walk to get to him, hitting his second career grand slam with two outs in the seventh inning to lead the D-backs past the Dodgers, 6-3, on Tuesday night at Chase Field.
The Dodgers' loss was just their second in the last 16 games. They had beaten the D-backs four straight times, and while they still lead the D-backs by 15 games in the National League West, Arizona moved a half-game ahead of Colorado for the first NL Wild Card spot.
