Trevor Bauer Addresses Report Of Ohio Woman Obtaining Protective Order In 2020

The Los Angeles Dodgers have been without Trevor Bauer since July as he was placed on administrative leave by Major League Baseball due to being under investigation for alleged sexual assault.

While the league and Pasadena Police Department continue with their separate investigations, The Washington Post detailed similar allegations from an Ohio woman last year who obtained a temporary order of protection because of incidents in 2017 and 2018.

Ohio law allows citizens to obtain a restraining order against individuals who have caused the petitioner to believe they “will cause physical harm to the other person or a family or household member of the other person or cause mental distress to the other person or a family or household member of the other person.
