Yasiel Puig completed his minor league rehab assignment on Thursday night, going 1-for-4 and playing eight innings in right field for Oklahoma City. Puig, who has been out since July 8 with an oblique strain, played three games in Triple-A and will join the Dodgers in Atlanta for the weekend. Puig is expected to start on Saturday against the Braves.
If the plan is still for Yasiel Puig to travel to Atlanta tomorrow, he finished his three-game rehab assignment 2-for-9 with a RBI and two runs scored. Played his usual excellent defense in RF.
