Tommy Edman Wins NLCS MVP as Dodgers Advance to World Series

Tommy Edman wasn’t on the Los Angeles Dodgers roster three months ago. Now, he’s an NLCS MVP.

Edman was officially named the Most Valuable Player of the National League Championship Series as the Dodgers took down the New York Mets, 10-5, to win Game 6 and advance to the 2024 World Series.

Edman put on a show in the NLCS, going 11-for-27 (.407) with a home run and 11 runs batted in.

Edman, 29, was acquired by the Dodgers at this year’s trade deadline in a three-team deal that also brought Michael Kopech to Los Angeles.
