Dodgers pitcher Tom Koehler left his appearance early on Friday with an apparent injury and left the complex at Camelback Ranch to have an MRI on his right shoulder.
The veteran right-hander entered Friday’s game against the White Sox in the third inning, and retired just one of his four batters faced. He allowed a leadoff home run to Adam Engel then walked two of his next three hitters. After a walk to Jose Abreu trainer Nate Lucero came to the mound, then following a brief discussion Koehler exited the game.
