On a night the Dodgers honored longtime coach John Shoemaker on the field at Dodger Stadium for his 39 years with the organization, news broke of reported turnover of the club's minor league coaching staff.
Ten minor league coaches won't return in 2016 per Ken Gurnick of MLB.com, including Damon Berryhill, who managed Triple-A Oklahoma City to the best record in the Pacific Coast League in 2015 and won PCL manager of the year after managing a roster that saw 80 different players, 24 starting pitchers and 334 player moves.
Berryhill managed seven seasons in the Dodgers' organization, including the last two years at Triple-A.
