Julio Urias was supposed to throw off a mound in Tampa Bay either on Friday or Saturday. That didn’t happen. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts revealed that Urias felt something in his injured left hamstring while throwing long toss on Friday and that will change the timeline of his return a bit.
MLB.com’s Juan Toribio was among those to report on the update. Roberts wouldn’t outright say it, but yes, Julio will now not be coming off the IL after his 15 day stint is up.
