Although unrest persists between MLB, its owners, and players over an unusually slow free agency period, clubs are on the verge of reporting for the start of Spring Training. Los Angeles Dodgers pitchers and catchers are due in camp by Wednesday, Feb. 13, with position players joining five days later.
The team will hold their first full-squad workout Feb. 19, and the Dodgers open their Cactus League schedule against the Chicago White Sox on Friday, Feb. 23. That game will be one of 20 SportsNet LA will air live this spring.
Included in that is coverage of all three games of the exhibition Freeway Series that will be played March 25-27.
