And what a time for us to meet the 40-39, third-place Angels: the Dodgers are absolutely mashing. The Dodgers have won 10 straight games (and 16 of their last 17), and have at least one HR in 17 consecutive games, tying a Los Angeles franchise record (total franchise record is 24 consecutive games, Brooklyn 1956).
