Rich Hill to make season debut on Sunday

For the first time all season, the Dodgers look as if they’ll have their original projected starting rotation. After starting the season on the injured list, manager Dave Roberts said Rich Hill will make his season debut on Sunday at Dodger Stadium versus the Pirates.

Hill had a rehab start last week with the Quakes, LA’s single-A affiliated team. He threw four scoreless innings, striking out eight.

The 39-year-old has missed the entire season with a left knee sprain.

  • Russell Martin will have a sim game Friday and is likely to be activated this weekend.
