Corey Seager produced an eighth career multi-home run game but Matt Kemp lifted the Colorado Rockies to a 7-6 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Dodgers suffered their first series loss of the season, and the Rockies won their first series at Dodger Stadium since 2018.
Seager’s opposite-field blast gave the Dodgers a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning, though that turned into a deficit in the second when Josh Fuentes tagged Julio Urias for a two-run homer.
Will Smith’s solo homer tied the game in the bottom half of the inning, but RBI singles by Raimel Tapia and Nolan Arenado in the fourth again gave the Rockies a lead.
