The Los Angeles Dodgers blew the game open early and cruised to an 11-5 win over the San Francisco Giants to complete a weekend sweep at Oracle Park. The Dodgers are on a seven-game winning streak and have taken 11 of their past 12.
Yoshi Tsutsugo’s RBI single in the second inning gave the Dodgers a 1-0 lead, which Julio Urias then added to with a two-run double off the wall in right field. Run-scoring singles by Matt Beaty and Chris Taylor extended the Dodgers’ lead to 5-0 in the third, and the afternoon then got away from Anthony DeSclafani and the Giants.
