June 18, 2014 is a very special day in Dodgers history. Clayton Kershaw stepped up to the mound for a regular season game against the Colorado Rockies and threw the first and only no-hitter of his career.
Kershaw was dealing the entire night and struck out 15 of Colorado’s batters, which still remains an MLB record for a game without allowing a hit or walk. Fast-forward 10 years later and the 36-year-old ace is still on the Dodgers and currently working his way back from an offseason shoulder surgery.

Even though Kershaw isn’t taking the mound on Tuesday night, it feels pretty poetic that the Dodgers faced off against the Rockies yet again.
