I don't have much to say about this great shutout victory over the Padres at Petco Park tonight, except that watching this Padres fan react to Teoscar Hernandez' sixth-inning grand slam is great comedy:
The Dodgers wasted a ton of opportunities throughout the game, but James Paxton pitched another great game to pick up his fifth win and keep the Padres off the scoreboard. The Dodgers also had a number of solid defensive plays all over the lineup (Max Muncy, Gavin Lux, James Outman, and Mookie Betts), which was also notable becuase none of those guys got a hit tonight (save Lux, who went 1-for-3).
