A spokesperson for the Miami Police Department said that Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig won’t face charges for his role in an altercation at a Miami night club Wednesday night.
Puig, 24, was arguing with his sister at the Blue Martini Lounge when a security team asked him to leave, according to Major Delrish Moss. The celebrity gossip website TMZ.com reported Friday that Puig shoved his sister at the bar, but Moss said that both Puig and a bouncer claimed the altercation was strictly verbal.
Puig responded aggressively when he was asked to leave and fought with one of the bouncers.
