Paco Rodriguez to miss 8-10 weeks after elbow surgery

Dodgers relief pitcher Paco Rodriguez will have arthroscopic surgery on his left elbow on Thursday in Los Angeles, and is out until September at the earliest, the team announced on Saturday before their game against the Marlins.

Rodriguez, on the disabled list since May 31 with bone spurs in his elbow, pitched four scoreless innings in four appearances on a minor league rehab assignment between Class-A Rancho Cucamonga and Triple-A Oklahoma City.
