Dodgers pitcher Paco Rodrgiuez will be shut down for the better part of a week before beginning his rehab from left elbow inflammation, manager Don Mattingly told reporters on Tuesday before the Dodgers' doubleheader against the Rockies at Coors Field.
Rodriguez was placed on the 15-day disabled list on Sunday with left elbow inflammation, and had an MRI exam on Monday. Mattingly discussed the results.
Paco Rodriguez has no change in his MRI from when he was signed, Mattingly says.
