It’s not only free agency for major league players, but for minor league players, too. Among the Dodgers minor league free agents are O`Koyea Dickson and Fabio Castillo, who were both on the 40-man roster at times this season.
Dickson was sent outright to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday. As a 2011 draftee, his contract was renewed six times already, and now he has the right to free agency, as does 2011 sixth-round pick Scott Barlow, who had a 3.29 ERA in 26 starts between Double-A Tulsa and Triple-A Oklahoma City in 2017.
