In game one, the first three innings were scoreless until the Omaha Storm Chasers snagged a run off of right-handed pitcher Mitchell White. The Storm Chasers scored three more runs in the fifth inning before Connor Joe hit a two-run homer to cut the deficit in half (4-2).
