OKC Dodgers come up one inning short in no-hit bid

The Oklahoma City Dodgers held the New Orleans Zephyrs to one hit, while the Dodgers, Drillers, and Quakes combined for 47 hits in a full slate of day baseball.

Player of the day (Non-Urias addition)

Alex Verdugo led the hit barrage for the Tulsa Drillers in a losing effort Wednesday afternoon. Verdugo went 4-for-6 to raise his season line to .289/.333/.411 and extend his current hitting streak to four games. Verdguo has responded nicely since going hitless across a four game home series against the same Arkansas Travelers team last week.
